Achievements

Badges your organization awards for using the app. Nothing here is something you claim or apply for : your admins define the achievements and the conditions that earn them, and the app awards them as you work.

Only applies where the feature is switched on for your organization. If it isn't, there is no badge widget in your account menu and /achievements isn't reachable.

Finding your badges

Open the account menu (your avatar, top right) and look for the Achievements card : it shows how many badges you've earned and the most recent few. Clicking it opens the full gallery at /achievements.

There is no navigation-rail entry for achievements ; the account menu is the way in.

The gallery

One tile per achievement in your organization's catalog, with a count at the top ("4 of 11 earned").

  • Earned badges show in full colour, with their point value and the date you earned them.
  • Locked badges are greyed out. They're deliberately still listed : seeing what's available is the point.
  • In progress. When you've started making progress toward a badge but haven't finished, its tile shows a progress bar. A badge you haven't started shows no bar.

Points are a label on each badge, not a running score you spend on anything.

How a badge gets awarded

Each achievement carries one or more conditions written by an admin. A condition watches something the app already records : a record created, a card moved, a wiki page written, and counts how many times you have done it. Reach the count and the badge is yours, automatically, the next time the app processes that action.

A few consequences worth knowing :

  • It's per person. Your progress is yours ; a teammate hitting the threshold doesn't move your bar.
  • It's not retroactive. Counting starts when the condition is created. Work you did before an admin added the achievement generally won't count toward it.
  • A badge with no conditions can't be earned. If a badge has sat locked with no progress for a long time, that's the likely reason ; ask an admin to check its conditions.

Admins define all of this from /admin/achievements (see the admin guide).
